These terms govern the use of the site coberturatotal.turpialdigilabs.com and of the game “Cobertura Total” (the “Game”), by Turpial Digital Labs S.A.S. By playing or using the site you accept these conditions. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. What the Game is
Cobertura Total is a free work of fiction, in demo or prototype version, played in the browser. It may contain errors, change or stop being available at any time.
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and free license to play the Game in your browser, for your entertainment and without commercial purposes.
3. Intellectual property
The Game, its script, characters, code, art, sounds and brand belong to Turpial Digital Labs S.A.S. and its authors (idea, script and direction: Edwin Vesga), and are protected by copyright and industrial property law. No right is transferred to you except the license above.
The Game uses third-party software and resources under their own licenses: three.js (MIT) and several typefaces (SIL OFL).
4. What you may not do
Copy, download, extract, decrypt or redistribute the files, code or art of the Game.
Decompile, reverse engineer or bypass the technical protection measures, except to the extent the law expressly allows.
Publish the Game on another site, embed it in another page or use it commercially without written permission.
Scrape or overload the site or try to access systems that are not meant for you.
5. Content and age
The Game contains violence, corpses, flashing lights and references to real events; its suggested rating is 16+. Read the Content notice before playing. You are responsible for deciding whether the content is suitable for you or for those in your care.
6. Fiction and real events
The characters, places, companies and organizations in the Game are fictional. The historical events it alludes to (the “false positives” in Colombia) are real and are explained in the Game’s “Memoria” screen.
7. Artificial-intelligence tools
Artificial-intelligence tools were used to generate part of the Game’s art and code, under the direction and review of its authors.
8. Your progress
The Game saves your progress, settings and achievements in your own browser (local storage). If you clear the site data or change browser or device, you will lose them. We keep no copy.
9. No warranties
The Game and the site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Colombian law, Turpial Digital Labs S.A.S. is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from the use of the Game. This does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
11. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party pages (for example, turpialdigilabs.com). We do not control their content or policies.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá, D.C., without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
