At Turpial Digital Labs we care about your data. This policy explains, in plain language, what data this site and the game “Cobertura Total” handle, what for, and how you can exercise your rights under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations.
1. Controller

2. Summary
- The Game does not ask you to register or provide personal data.
- We use no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
- The site loads no third-party resources: typefaces and files are served from the same domain.
3. What is stored in your browser
- The Game uses your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so you can come back: volume, sensitivity, brightness and language settings (ct-settings), your progress (ct-save-v5) and your achievements and best times (ct-ach-v1).
- This data stays on your device, is not sent to our servers, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings.
4. Technical infrastructure data
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront). To deliver the pages and protect the service, that infrastructure processes technical data of each request, such as the IP address, the browser and the date and time. We do not use it to profile you or for advertising.
5. If you write to us
If you send us an email, we will use your name, email address and the content of your message only to reply and follow up on your request.
6. Your rights
As a data subject you may know, update, rectify and request the deletion of your data, revoke the authorization and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
To exercise them, write to turpialdigilabs@gmail.com. We will answer queries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days at most.
7. International transfer
By using Amazon Web Services, the technical data described in section 4 may be processed on servers located outside Colombia, under that provider’s security conditions.
8. Minors
The Game has a suggested rating of 16+. We do not collect personal data from anyone through the Game.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, security headers and restricted-access hosting. No system is infallible, but we work to protect the information we handle.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. Version: 2026-10-22.
